Job Role: Home Tutor, Technical Support Executive & Back Office Executive With 0-3 Years Exp
Candiates Should Have:
1. Post - Home Tutor
Job Description:
Teaching Mathematics to students in USA from home through computer & internet connectivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline with knowledge in Mathematics.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to teach Mathematics up to class 12.
Basic computing skills including web browsing, emailing, working with spreadsheets and voice call & chat software (Skype).
Willing to work in night shift.
Technical Requirements:
Candidate should have an updated computer and broadband connection at home.
Headset with microphone.
Selection process:
Online Test.
Online Interview.
Final face-to-face interview at our office in Kolkata.
Working Shifts:
Tutoring sessions will occur during night time (IST) between 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
A person has to work 6 days a week for 5 hours or 8 hours per day within the time windows specified.
Weekly holiday will be given on either of Saturday or Sunday (at the discretion of management).
Compensation:
There is a fixed monthly payment of Rs. 8,000/- or Rs. 5,000/- for working for 8 hours/day and 5 hours/day respectively.
Additionally payment for per 1 hour tutoring session in Rs. 80/-.
Performance bonus based on certain criteria.
Potential income per month is 28,000/-.
2. Post - Technical Support Executive
Job Responsibility:
Providing online technical assistance to employees and customers.
Preparing & maintaining reports in Excel and analyze them. Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to analyse and troubleshoot problems related to operating system, audio settings, web browsers, etc.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Power Point.
Willing to work in night shifts.
Work from office.
Compensation
Rs. 11,000/- per month.
Location - Kolkata
3. Post - Back Office Executive
Job Responsibility
Entering data in MIS.
Updating MIS.
Preparing and maintaining reports in MS Excel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good operational knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point & Word).
Good typing speed with accuracy in data entry.
Willing to work in Night Shifts.
Work from office.
Work Experience
1-3 Years of similar work experience.
Compensation
Rs. 9,000/- per month.
